Are You Hurting From Your Abortion?

  • Are there certain times of the year when you find yourself depressed or sick?
  • Do you find yourself struggling to turn off feelings connected to your abortion(s), perhaps telling yourself to forget about it?
  • Do you fear you will never be able to have children or perhaps feel you don't deserve to ever have a child?
  • Do you overprotect or abuse the children you have now?
  • Do you frequently abuse drugs and/or alcohol?
  • Do you struggle with eating disorders?
  • Are you unable to be intimate with family/friends/God?
  • Are you involved with pornography/promiscuity/homosexuality?
  • Do you experience sudden and/or uncontrollable crying episodes?
  • Have emotions like anger, bitterness, insecurity, suicidal thoughts, depression, and/or guilt impacted your life?

*************************

If you answered yes to any of the symptoms above, you may be suffering from your abortion experience.  These are just a few of the consequences suffered by women and men who have been involved in an abortion.  Society doesn't allow for the natural grieving process that needs to take place after the loss of a child through abortion.  Often times the feelings following an abortion are suppressed; pushed out of mind, sometimes for many years which can prevent grieving causing a multitude of devastating consequences in the person's life.  Unresolved grief can also effect the lives of those around the one suffering from abortion. Abortion doesn't just effect one person.

We offer a safe place where you can seek healing and restoration while receiving unconditional acceptance and understanding support.

There is Hope....Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.  He came to provide comfort for all who mourn.  He bestows on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. (Isaiah 61:1-3)
